Commission delegation process
- 提交委託申請 Submit a Commission Application
The client must complete the application form in detail, as this directly affects the accuracy of the character's specifications. Please include the character design, with clear and complete two-view or three-view drawings, as well as any other relevant details that require attention.
- 討論角色細節與需求 Discuss Character Details and Requirements
Engage with the client to discuss all character details and specific requirements, such as how to highlight the character's personality or whether features like a cooling fan need to be added.
- 提供報價 Provide a Quote
The studio will provide a quote, which will be valid for one week.
最終製作項目與報價將以Email寄送
The final production project and quotation will be sent by email
- 訂金支付與排程 Deposit Payment and Scheduling
Once the client agrees to the quote, a 50% deposit is required, and the commission will be added to the work schedule.
訂金將不予退還
The deposit is non-refundable.

Please note that character design cannot be altered after the deposit has been paid.
- 尺寸丈量與假人模型準備 Measurements and Dummy Model Preparation
Two months before production begins, we will notify the client to take basic measurements and prepare a tape dummy （DTD、Dummy） model to be sent to the studio.
- 製作確認階段 Production Confirmation Stage
Once production begins, the client will receive at least one progress preview image, usually a simplified character mock-up based on the 3D model of the head. This image allows for confirmation of the character’s appearance, any unique fur color distribution, or special markings, and serves as the final confirmation stage before completing production.
請注意，此階段不可變更設定圖毛色
Please note that changes to fur color in the reference image are not allowed at this stage.
- 製作進度更新 Production Progress Updates
During the production process, the client will receive periodic updates with photos of specific parts of the progress. We will also occasionally share updates online.
請注意，我們喜歡以自身的製作習慣和技術進行製作，因此無法提供完整製作過程照片。分享的過程照片可能會不定期在網上公開，如不接受請提前告知。
We prefer to work with our own techniques and habits, so we cannot provide a full set of production photos. Shared progress photos may be posted online occasionally; if this is unacceptable, please inform us in advance.
- 製作完成 支付尾款與運費 Completion and Final Payment
Once the character is completed, basic or partial photos will be provided for the client's review. The client must pay the remaining balance and shipping costs at this stage.
- 定妝拍攝與細節檢查 Final Fitting and Detail Check
- 包裝與寄送 Packaging and Shipping
After completing the cleaning and grooming, we will carefully package the product and ship it to the client. Enjoy your new life with your character!

Terms of Service
［一般注意事項 General Terms］
委託人必須年滿18歲，僅限本人購買，不接受代購行為。
The client must be at least 18 years old, and purchases are limited to the individual; proxy buying is not accepted.
工作室提供之報價單（以下簡稱為“報價單”）有效期自報價單寄送日當日起算七（7）天內有效。寄送日以電子郵件或其他約定之寄送方式的發送日期為準。若在有效期限內未與工作室完成書面或電子形式之確認（包括但不限於電子郵件、簽署文件或合同等），該報價單將自動視為無效，無須另行通知。
逾期後，如需重新進行報價，將視為新訂單，並依據工作室當時的排程與工作安排重新確定交期和可能產生之費用。
The quotation provided by the studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Quotation") is valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of dispatch. The dispatch date shall be based on the sending date of the email or any agreed-upon delivery method. If written or electronic confirmation (including but not limited to email, signed documents, or contracts) is not completed with the studio within the validity period, the Quotation will automatically be deemed invalid without further notice.
If the Quotation expires and a new quotation is required, it will be treated as a new order, subject to the studio's current scheduling and workflow arrangements, and may incur additional costs.
所有階段的討論，包括口頭交流及各類社群軟體上的討論，其結果均以電子郵件（Email）為準，並以最終正式報價單的內容為依據。
All discussions, including verbal exchanges and those conducted via any social media platforms, shall be considered valid only when confirmed through email, with the final formal quotation serving as the definitive reference.
工作室位於台灣，若委託人不在台灣，需支付從台灣寄出的國際運費。
The studio is located in Taiwan, and clients outside Taiwan will need to pay international shipping fees from Taiwan.
獸裝主要用於一般角色扮演，因其精緻性，不適合劇烈活動如舞蹈。若有特殊用途，請提前告知。
Fursuits are primarily intended for general cosplay and, due to their delicate nature, are not suitable for intense activities like dancing. If you have special uses, please inform us in advance.
獸裝因時間、穿著、清潔會有損耗，如人造毛鬆脫、手工上色褪色、黏膠脫落或老化等，這些不屬於保固範圍，亦非製作瑕疵。
Fursuits may experience wear and tear over time, such as synthetic fur shedding, hand-painted color fading, adhesive deterioration, or aging. These are not covered by the warranty and are not considered manufacturing defects.
報價僅在委託開放期間受理，報價有效期為一週，不可延至下次使用。
Quotes are only accepted during the commissioning period and are valid for one week, with no carryover to future orders.
委託人同意報價後，需支付總金額50%的訂金，委託才會列入工作排程，總金額不含運費。
Once the client agrees to the quote, a 50% deposit is required to secure the commission in the work schedule. The total cost does not include shipping.
支付以美元計價，Paypal付款需選擇美元並加收6%手續費。台灣ATM轉帳可使用台幣，匯率依付款當日的台灣銀行匯率為準。
Payments are priced in USD. Paypal payments must be made in USD with a 6% handling fee. For Taiwan ATM transfers, payments can be made in TWD based on the exchange rate of Taiwan Bank on the payment date.
作品完成後需在一週內付清尾款與運費。若逾期或無故失聯，將視為放棄交易，作品可在變更特徵後轉售，已支付款項不予退還，原委託人不得異議。
The balance and shipping must be paid within a week of completion. Failure to pay or contact us will be considered abandonment of the transaction. The work may be resold with modified features, and no refunds will be issued. The original client has no objections.
目前僅接受支付50%訂金。若需分期付款，請與我們聯繫討論。每期付款期限不得超過14天，逾期未付款視為放棄交易，已支付款項不予退還。
We currently only accept a 50% deposit. If installment payments are required, please contact us for discussion. Each installment must be paid within 14 days. Late payments will be considered abandonment of the transaction, and no refunds will be issued.
訂金支付後即列入製作排程，期間不得變更角色設定、顏色、種族或反悔，訂金不予退還。
Once the deposit is paid, the order will be scheduled for production. No changes to character design, color, species, or cancellations are allowed, and the deposit is non-refundable.
並非所有角色設計適合製作為獸裝，若因不適合製作而婉拒委託，請見諒。
Not all character designs are suitable for fursuit production. If a commission is declined due to design unsuitability, we appreciate your understanding.
委託列表可參考隊伍清單，製作順序可能因材料等待、討論時間或尺寸提交延遲而有所調整。請勿催促，我們會為確保流程順暢及減少等待時間進行調整。
The commission list can be referenced from the queue, but the production order may be adjusted due to material waiting times, discussion durations, or measurement submissions. Please refrain from rushing us; adjustments are made to ensure a smooth process and minimize waiting times.
開工前兩個月，我們會提供製作方式說明及丈量尺寸表。提供的Dummy需按我們的要求製作，若品質不佳需重新製作。
Two months before production begins, we will provide instructions and a measurement sheet. The provided Dummy must be made according to our guidelines. If the quality is unsatisfactory, it will need to be remade.
請確保提交的尺寸或Dummy正確無誤，若因無法察覺的尺寸錯誤導致製作問題，需重新排程並收取額外費用。
Ensure that the submitted measurements or Dummy are accurate. If undetected errors lead to production issues, rescheduling and additional fees will be required.
我們喜歡以自身的製作習慣和技術進行製作，因此無法提供完整製作過程照片。分享的過程照片可能會不定期在網上公開，如不接受請提前告知。

There are pet dogs in the studio, but we ensure they do not come into contact with production materials. Please be aware if you are highly allergic to pet hair.
材料供應商顏色固定，手工繪製部分可能存在色差。材料選購時會與委託人溝通，盡可能接近原設計，但仍可能與設定圖有色差。
Material colors are fixed by suppliers, and hand-painted sections may have color variations. We will communicate with clients during material selection to match the original design as closely as possible, but some color differences may occur.
若現有材料無法滿足需求，委託人可考慮訂製專屬布料，但需支付額外費用。
If existing materials do not meet the requirements, clients may consider custom ordering fabric, which will incur additional costs.
布料及零件每批染色可能有色差，建議避免分次升級半套至全套獸裝，以免毛色產生色差。
Each batch of fabric or parts may have color variations, so it's recommended to avoid upgrading from partial to full fursuits in stages to prevent color mismatches.
每個角色皆為客製化製作，無法預估精確完成時間。參考完成時間將隨時更新於委託列表。
Each character is custom-made, and exact completion times cannot be estimated. Reference times will be updated in the commission list.
製作過程中，委託人將不定期收到進度照片。我們也可能不定期在網上分享製作過程，如不接受或需延後公開，請提前告知。
Clients will receive progress photos periodically during production. We may also share these photos online. If this is not acceptable or requires delay, please inform us in advance.
作品完成後，將由專業模特兒拍攝全身定妝照並進行細節檢查。如不接受他人穿著或不希望公開照片，請提前告知。
Upon completion, a professional model will wear the fursuit for a full-body photoshoot and final detail check. If you do not wish for others to wear it or for the photos to be publicized, please notify us in advance.

運費因委託規格而異，包括尺寸、重量、配件數量等，製作完成後提供最準確報價。
Shipping costs vary depending on the commission specifications, including size, weight, and number of accessories. An accurate quote will be provided after production is completed.
若對運送時間有顧慮，建議選用聯邦快遞疾速快遞服務，否則預設使用一般快遞。
If you are concerned about shipping times, we recommend using FedEx Express services. Otherwise, standard FedEx shipping will be used by default.
我們不負責運送過程中包裹延遲、損害或遺失。調降報關金額不被接受，若需保險請提前說明，賠償依物流公司規定處理。
We are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss of packages during transit. Requests to lower the declared value for customs are not accepted. If insurance is required, please inform us in advance; compensation will be handled according to the shipping company's policies.

委託的角色必須為您私人擁有並設計，絕不可使用他人擁有或受版權保護的角色。
The commissioned character must be privately owned and designed by you.
我們不接受非您所有的角色，必要時工作室有權要求您提供角色擁有的證明。
We do not accept characters that are not owned by you, and the studio reserves the right to request proof of ownership if necessary.
我們不會同意您使用任何角色作為參考來製作相似的角色。
We will not agree to use any character as a reference to create a similar character.
完成的角色獸裝僅限於私人收藏、把玩或展示用途，嚴禁用於商業活動、商業宣傳等用途。
The completed fursuit is intended for private collection, play, or display purposes only and is strictly prohibited from being used in commercial activities or promotions.
在委託角色製作過程中，測試人員會佩戴獸裝進行測試，並進行攝影或錄影用於作品集，未來宣傳時也會公開這些照片（會註明角色名稱）。
During the production of the commissioned character, testing staff will wear the fursuit for testing purposes, and it will be photographed or recorded for our portfolio. These photos may also be used in future promotions (the character name will be noted).
如果您不同意公開，請務必在委託時提前告知我們。
If you do not agree to public disclosure, please inform us at the time of commissioning.
如果您尚無適合製作的角色，我們很樂意與您合作，支付設計費後，我們將為您設計一個獨一無二的角色！
If you do not yet have a suitable character for production, we are happy to work with you. Upon payment of the design fee, we will create a unique character just for you!

For non-commercial commissions, we reserve the right to freely use production process photos, completed photos, and studio photoshoot images for promotional purposes, website layout, and other uses. The client may not object to this.
上述照片及作品並非委託範圍內之內容，僅供委託人私人收藏，不得擅自使用、轉載或作商業用途。
These photos and works are not included within the scope of the commission and are for the client's private collection only. They must not be used, reproduced, or exploited for commercial purposes without authorization.
如需作私人用途，請務必與我們聯繫並確認。
If you wish to use them for personal purposes, please contact us for confirmation.
