Commission Info
- Failed to do so will nullify your slot and the quoted price will not be honored, and we’ll have to start over from step 1.
- The quoted price does not include shipping. Shipping cost can only be calculated once the product is ready to be shipped.
- Any changes will not be accepted once we started.
- Cancellation of commission occurred at this point, will not be refundable and we reserved the rights to resell your pieces upon further modification.
- 1. Email us your commission details (ex. Designs descriptions, special features needed like horns or spikes, additional reference data) and a detailed character reference art (3 view: Front, Back and Side view)
- 2. Please be patient while we review your request. We’ll be verifying the feasibility of your design and will be discussing design compromises and etc. over email.
- 3. Upon final confirmation and agreed on commission prices, please paid a non-refundable 50% deposits within 3 days upon receiving the final quote.
- Failed to do so will nullify your slot and the quoted price will not be honored, and we’ll have to start over from step 1.
- The quoted price does not include shipping. Shipping cost can only be calculated once the product is ready to be shipped.
- 4. Once the deposits have been paid and confirmed. You’ll be enrolled into our working queue.
- Any changes will not be accepted once we started.
- Cancellation of commission occurred at this point, will not be refundable and we reserved the rights to resell your pieces upon further modification.
- 5. Please wait patiently while we work on your commission. We’ll be contacting you to collect the rest of the commission payment and shipping charges once we’re ready to ship. We’ll only ships once we received all the payments.

目前我們的工作室目前位於日本，因此若您並非位於日本地區，請注意您委託時將必須支付一筆從日本寄出的國際運費。 (2018年更新)
We’re located in Japan now. Please bear in mind that you’ll be paying international shipping charges for us to ship to you. It will be somewhat expensive. We’ll be trying our best to compact / minimize your shipping fees. No price haggling please!! (2018 UP)
報價金額僅在當次委託開放時有效，不可延至下次使用。
The quote is only valid for current opening. We will not honor the quotes from previous opening.
請注意獸裝委託的隊伍必須是支付訂金後才算數，訂金為總金額的50%，並且總金額不包含運費。

Please clear the rest of the payment and shipping charges within 2 weeks after we had completed your work. You’ll be notified to clear all the remaining charges. Failure to do so will be considered as you had gave-up the commissioned pieces, and we reserved the rights to modify and resell your commissioned pieces to recoup our expenses, you as commissioner cannot refuse nor oppose our decision when such situation has occurred.

Please be advised that not all designs were suitable or possible to bring to life. We’ll be discussing with you with possible alternatives or design changes. However, please be understandable if we declined your design.
工作室中有可愛的寵物狗進出，請對寵物毛嚴重過敏者請注意。
Be advise, we have dogs in our studio. If you were allergic to any type of animal hairs and such, please reconsider your choices. We won’t be held responsible if you suffered any allergic response.
［版權相關注意事項 Character and commission copyrights Terms］
委託的角色必須為私人擁有、設計，並非使用他人所有或版權角色，一律不接受非自己擁有的角色，必要時工作室方有權要求您提出角色擁有的證明。
Your character has to be owned by you and your creations. We reserved the rights to ask you for proof of ownership of the character if needed. Failed to provide us with a proper proof of ownership will result in denial and nullification of the commission. Any payments collected will be forfeited.
我們永遠不會同意您使用任何一隻角色給我們做參考製做成雷同角色。
Do not ask us to reproduce other’s character or any copyrighted character or works. Even derived works and commission will be strictly denied.
委託完成的角色獸裝(毛毛)僅能做為私人收藏、把玩、展示使用，禁止用於商業行為、商業宣傳等等。
The finished pieces were only granted for personal use. Do not use our works in any forms of profitable works and promotions or similar works. Please consult with us if you had any question.
您必須了解，在委託角色的製作期間，將會有測試人員配戴進行測試、以及用於作品集的攝(錄)影行為，並用於往後宣傳照片的公佈(將會註明角色名稱)，如您不同意公開，請務必於委託時告知我們。
Please be advise, test fitting will be occurred during the making of your commission pieces and will be modeled by our chosen models. Any photo or video works occurred during the making phase will be used on future promo campaigns to promote our works. (Your character’s name will be mentioned and noted in the promotional work.) If you wish to not participate in the promotional work, please state your stances when requesting for commission. We’ll assume you had agreed to participate.

This is an artistic liberty commission, which you can specify the preferred color schemes and the races you like.
We’ll be designing a specific character based on your preferences.
There will be a fixed design charge of $200 USD, associated with this service. You’ll get a complimentary 3 small changes/adjustments included. Once you had used all the complementary adjustments, you had to pay $10 USD per additional change request.
