角色認養說明與規則 Character adoption instructions and rules
角色認養規則與流程：
  1. 認養申請篩選與通知
    如同時有多位提出認養申請，我們將進行篩選，並以電子郵件通知結果。
  2. 認養確定與付款
    確定認養角色後，請立即填寫電子表單，並於3日內完成付款。付款流程與比例、規則均參照委託流程進行，請在認養前詳細閱讀並同意委託規則。
  3. 認養資格
    認養角色者必須年滿18歲，達到法定成年年齡，方可進行購買。
  4. 角色所有權說明
    • 認養區的所有角色在售出前，其所有權皆屬於 NagiFursuit 獸裝工作室，未經許可不得使用、修改或仿製。
    • 交易完成後，角色將顯示為「已售出」，其所有權轉移至購買者，但禁止未經許可進行角色外觀的修改或變更。
  5. 角色設計限制
    我們不接受任何額外委託製作與認養區角色雷同的角色設計。
  6. 標價與條款確認
    • 認養標價請參考角色說明文。
    • 認養前請詳細閱讀服務條款，確定認養即視為同意我們的服務條款。

Adoption Rules and Process:
  1. Application Selection and Notification
    If multiple adoption applications are submitted for the same character, we will conduct a selection process and notify the results via email.
  2. Adoption Confirmation and Payment
    Once the adoption is confirmed, please complete the electronic form and make the payment within three days. The payment process, percentage, and rules will follow the same guidelines as our commission process. Please read and agree to the commission rules before proceeding with the adoption.
  3. Adoption Eligibility
    Only individuals aged 18 and above, meeting the legal age of adulthood, are eligible to adopt a character.
  4. Character Ownership Details
    • All characters in the adoption section remain the property of NagiFursuit Studio until sold. Any use, modification, or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
    • After the transaction is completed, the character will be marked as "Sold," and ownership will transfer to the buyer. However, any changes or modifications to the character’s design without permission are prohibited.
  5. Character Design Restrictions
    We do not accept additional commissions to create characters that are identical or similar to those in the adoption section.
  6. Pricing and Terms Confirmation
    • Adoption prices are listed in the character descriptions.
    • By proceeding with adoption, you are considered to have read and agreed to our terms of service.
